The home, with its three large, formal social spaces can accommodate up to 130 people, for indoor events and can sleep up to 24 persons, in its 7 elegant bedrooms. Guests can also spend the night in the Rustico, the old stables, that can sleep 10 persons in five bedrooms. A family holiday, a retreat for a company brainstorming.

The house was designed by renowned architect Cecilio Arpesani, whose designs were inspired by the Florentine Renaissance period. The large swimming pool with two bridges that connect its border to a small island in the center, provides a suggestive setting, and an ideal backdrop for all types of events including fashion and film shoots.
